Dear BNE Enterprise Members,

Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of BNE Enterprise Limited (the Company) will be held at Aviation Australia (20 Boronia Road, Brisbane Airport, QLD 4009) on Tuesday, 7th SEPTEMBER 2020, commencing at 4.00pm AEST.

Members unable to attend the AGM are invited to vote by Proxy on the resolutions to be considered at the meeting.

Instructions on how to vote (including how to vote by proxy) are set out in the Voting Instructions and Proxy form provided upon registering below.
